My family has banked with Brokaw CU since . . . well to me it’s been forever! And between yesterday and today it’s pretty apparent why. I’ve never had bad service or encountered a grumpy person in all my business with BCU. But these past two days I’ve received some of the best and kindest service I’ve ever had. Kim S was so easy to work with. She was so patient with our process, so quick to help find us the best ways to do what we wanted to accomplish. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and just all around a great person to work with. She even laughed along with my husband's terrible jokes ;) Thank you Brokaw CU for always providing amazing member experiences!
