Brats & Burgers 2008!

Come rain or shine, smoke will be
rising from the grills of Chef Cline in Brokaw on Tuesday, July 29. It is an 18 year tradition in the Village of Brokaw, so be sure to join us there on Tuesday, July 29 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. for an affordable lunch: two brats for $2.00, or two hamburgers for $3.00. Chips and soda will be available for .25 and .50 respectively! Something a bit sweet will also be served! Large orders of more than 12 brats and/or burgers must be called in (675-2319) at least 4 hours in advance – preferably by 4:30 p.m. on Monday the 28th if you have your order collected. The pick-up location for these orders will be at the Credit Union itself.

Like last year, antique cars will be available in the parking lot for
inspection! Enjoy a tangible view of the past! And because we couldn’t follow through last year with the “christening” of our onsite ATM, we will do it this year! A surprise $50 bill or two will be intermingled with the $20’s in the ATM, so come prepared to withdraw cash in the hopes you may get an extra bonus!

Invite your family to join you here, treating them to a very affordable lunch! Look for us under the big green and white striped tent or follow the smoke signals to our site. It’s a wonderful time to enjoy the weather, some great food, and one another!
